Bi Luo Chun, Jade Snail Spring, is first produced in end of Ming Dynasty at the mountain Dong Ting.Also known as Pi Lo Chun, Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun tea was once considered the No 1 of Chinese green tea. Today, Bi Luo Chun is still produced by hand through the seven steps processing techniques. It has a very distinguish character with its fragrance, color, taste and shape from other green teas. Its delicate fresh buds covered with white fur gives a very mild in taste and an amazing natural fragrance.It is renowned for its delicate appearance, fruity taste and downy white hair.

Special Bi Luo Chun Brewing Instruction: Add 80°C hot water to a glass, wait for 30 seconds then apply 3-4g Bi Luo Chun tea leaves to the water (tea leaves will fall to the bottom of the glass and the tiny white hairs will float to the top of the glass, very amazing!) and brew for 40 seconds. For second infusion, add 1 glass 70°C hot water and brew for 40 seconds.
